Why Recital 130 Matters for GDPR Compliance?
Recital 130 matters for GDPR compliance because it ensures cooperation between supervisory authorities when handling complaints. It emphasizes that the authority where a complaint is filed must be involved in the process, even in cross-border cases. This protects the rights of complainants and ensures fair and effective investigation.
